Pharmacological ActionLincoamine antibiotics. Mainly resistant to Gram-positive bacteria, mycoplasma and some Gram-negative bacteria. Strong effects on staphylococci, hemolytic streptococcus and pneumococci. It is a bacteriostatic agent and has a bactericidal effect at high concentrations.
