COMPOSITION Each 3g contains:
Amoxicillin (as Amoxicillin trihydrate) 200mg
Sulbactam (as sulbactam sodium) 50mg
Prednisolone 10mg
Properties Light yellow oily suspension
Pharmacological Action Lincoamine antibiotics. Mainly resistant to Gram-positive bacteria, also effective against mycoplasma and some Gram-negative bacteria. Strong effects on staphylococci, hemolytic streptococcus, and pneumococci. High concentrations provide bactericidal effects.
Indications Specifically formulated for cow mastitis caused by gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.
Dosage & Administration For Intramammary Infusion. Lactating Cow: After-milking, one syringe for each affected quarter, via the teat canal, at twelve-hourly intervals for up to 3 infusions.
Withdrawal Period Cow: 28 days.
Milk: 60 hours.
